The Welcome Reception will take place at the University of Barcelona Historic Building on Thursday, 16 December, at 20:30. Doors will open at 20:15. The entrance is located in Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 585.

We have a commitment to securing a healthy environment throughout your entire stay. Having said so, please find a couple of pointers below that we need to keep in check.
Inside the conference:
・ the use of face masks is mandatory in indoor spaces even while presenting,
・ the conference badge should always be with you during the event, including the welcome reception (you shall receive it at the check-in),
・ an empty space should be maintained, whenever possible, between each person in the rooms,
・ the reception will take place in an outdoor area,
・ the rooms windows and doors will be opened for cross-ventilation,
・ individual food bags will be available and there will be a space outside to eat,
・ and sanitary equipment will be used to clean our hands and to disinfect surfaces.
Outside the conference:
・ your covid passport should stay with you to gain admission to the bars and restaurants,
